Why do I need Office Doctors?
You may or may not think you need the services of Office Doctors but the fact that you have got this far suggests that you have issues in your office that you would like to eliminate or reduce.

How can you help?
One way in which we can assist you is to help you to declutter quickly and effectively reducing your anxieties over the amount of paperwork that surrounds you, and even prevent you from the recently recognised IDS – Irritable desk Syndrome! (see BBC news article)

Once you have a clutter free environment you are ready to take advantage of our ‘optimise your IT’ service, which will ensure that you have systems that you are maximising your technology and increasing your efficiency.

Does it involve lots of upheaval?
This obviously depends on your situation but Office Doctors can help you to declutter and organise your office using strategies and methods that cause minimal disturbance.

How do I know what will happen?
During your initial FREE consultation you will identify, alongside Office Doctors, what your issues are, how best we can address them and what the end result will look like. You will receive a fully comprehensive proposal following the consultation, which will form the basis of our agreement with you.

I don’t even know where to start, so how will Office Doctors?
We have a great deal of experience in office trouble shooting and managing change within the office environment. Not only this but we use strategies and approaches that ensure systematic sorting of paperwork and files, and ways of setting up systems that are straightforward and easy to implement.

What if I do not like the end result?
As we work from a proposal that has been drawn up between yourselves and Office Doctors there is clarity from the start as to what is to be carried out, how long it will take, what resources are required and how much input from yourselves is required. The end result is therefore as you had anticipated and described in your proposal, and should provide no surprises, other than delight at the end result!

How much do I get involved?
Office Doctors is there to work with you as opposed to without you. The proposal will identify how much you will be needed during the work, and it is crucial that both parties are happy with this arrangement before proceeding.

How much time/money will it save?
There are many ways in which Office Doctors will benefit you financially. For example, being able to access documents quickly and easily; by preventing supplier invoices from being paid twice in error; by clients not having to pay legal fees to have duplicate documents produced; by increasing business due to a marked improvement in the efficiency of the service of your business… The list is endless!

What if I need continued support?
Office Doctors offers the service of ongoing support at £35 per hour. This can be discussed near the end of the our time with you and can be added as an amendment to your proposal.
